Ruth is an aspiring individual that has embarked on her journey conducting team engagement events since 2018. Ruth started as an assistant trainer to assist the lead consultant in the team engagements programs has had herself escalated in to becoming a full fledge consultant on leading groups learning through experiential learning.
Armed with a bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB), Ruth shares learning experiences through the aspects of perceiving things through a Global Perspective. Akin to legal challenges and suits, one will need to see things in a holistic view i.e. every act or statement made may have bigger consequences; hence Ruth aspires to inculcate this value to all that she meets where they need to see things in a bigger and wider perspective.
Ruth has conducted team engagements sessions for Maxis Broadband, Tune Protect Group, Coway, Ferring, BHP, Collins Aerospace, Kotcodes, Fuji Films, DKSH, Green Lagoon, Peri Group and many more.
